Working here in project management, I was just astonished and amazed over the years that the company would give you a job to do and they would allow you to do it.

I'd come from environments where there was micromanagement or bosses felt like they had to be in control of everything, but here at Luck Stone, once they decided you were capable to do the job, they would give you a job and then would give you the authority to do it. So that was really very appreciated over the years and very much building character, et cetera.

Bottom line, did a good job taking care of its employees, trusting them to do their job, and I really appreciated that. So I would encourage that for others going forward.
